Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce - Better Bakery

This blog post was sponsored by Better Bakery but the opinions are all my own.

Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce - the simple buttery garlic goodness that any sort of bread should be dipped in!

I know, I know! I've said it a billion times that I'm a girl that loves to dip food. That's why I knew I had to make a garlic butter dipping sauce for my Better Bakery handcrafted artisan melts. My inspiration came from a garlic butter dipping sauce I eat occasionally. I should probably warn you, this sauce will give you some garlic breath, but that's nothing a mint can't fix.

The melts are incredibly delicious. They are packed full of meat and cheese. The bread that's so perfectly wrapped around the fillings smells of a freshly baked pretzel when it's warmed up. Sopping that parmesan crusted melt in the garlic butter dipping sauce completes it. Just to give the dipping sauce a little pop of color, I decided to add a leaf of parsley to the sauce. It's not necessary, but still makes it pretty. If you want to give these melts a try, you can pick them up at Walmart. (Of course!) Head over and get a coupon while you're at it!

This dipping sauce would go perfect with some bread sticks or rubbed on top of a calzone or pizza stuffed monkey bread. The garlic in this recipe isn't overpowering in flavor. I don't love when the garlic is so strong, when I bite into something that that's all I can taste. So, I can assure you this isn't the case. The garlic flavor fits perfectly with the amount of butter that the recipe calls for. I know a ton of people are against using salted butter, but in this case I say go for it. Really, in most cases, I say go for using salted butter. Though, I love things salty.
